Works very well. Easy to setup and use. Allows for great pictures in low light conditions.
This is a great flash and a must-have for any professional photographer. I shoot weddings and prefer to use natural light but when fill flash it needed this is the flash I turn to first (and I have 3 others). It's a great flash, especially when bounced.
The kit does leave a bit to be desired. I thought I would use the diffuser more, but it tends to fall off if I move too quickly. I prefer using Lithium batteries but was looking forward to the batteries and chargers for other AA needs (like my Wiimotes). I was disappointed in the lifespan of the batteries and they only really lasted 5-6 charges. I do, however, love the battery case and recommend that as an easy way to organize your batteries.
So all in all this was a good kit considering it wasn't too much more than buying the flash alone and I have used everything in it.
